The authors observed the in vitro growth of leukemic cells in 32 patients with acute myeloid leukemia and the effects on the growth of 4 colony stimulating factors (CSFs), interleukin 3 (IL-3), granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor ), Granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF), and macrophage colony stimulating factor (M-CSF).
