目的:研究药西瓜Citrullus colocynthis中的化学成分。方法:利用各种色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和NMR,MS等波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从药西瓜乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了9个化合物,包括2个生物碱类化合物,3个三萜类化合物,4个三萜皂苷类化合物。分别为烟酰胺(1),尿嘧啶(2),异葫芦素B(3),葫芦素E(4),双氢葫芦素E(5),葫芦素E-2-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6),khekadaengoside E(7),葫芦素K-2-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8),deoxocucurbitoside B(9)。结论:化合物1~3均为首次从药西瓜中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Citrullus colocynthis. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by various chromatographic methods. The structures of compounds were identified according to their physico-chemical properties and NMR, MS and other spectroscopic techniques. Results: Nine compounds were isolated and identified from the ethanol extract of medicine watermelon, including two alkaloids, three triterpenoids and four triterpenoid saponins. They were nicotinamide (1), uracil (2), isobuciferin B (3), cucurbitacin E (4), bisulcuronucin E (5), cucurbitacin E-2-O-β- Glucopyranoside (6), khekadaengoside E (7), cucurbitacin K-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8), and deoxocucurbitoside B (9). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 3 were isolated from medicine watermelon for the first time.
