目的:研究微波辅助提取甘薯叶中多糖的优化工艺。方法:以甘薯叶提取液中粗多糖得率为考察指标,通过单因素和正交实验优选出最佳提取条件。结果:采用微波辅助提取甘薯叶中多糖,通过试验确定其优化提取工艺为:液固比60,提取时间20 min,微波功率600 W。此优化条件下甘薯叶中多糖的得率可达9.51%。结论:优选出的微波辅助提取条件可迅速高效的提取甘薯叶中多糖。
Objective: To study the optimization of microwave-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from sweet potato leaves. Methods: Taking the crude polysaccharide yield of sweet potato leaf extract as the index, the best extraction conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiment. Results: Microwave assisted extraction of polysaccharides from leaves of sweet potato was carried out to optimize the extraction process: liquid-solid ratio 60, extraction time 20 min and microwave power 600 W. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of polysaccharides in sweet potato leaves can reach 9.51%. Conclusion: The microwave-assisted extraction conditions can be extracted quickly and efficiently polysaccharides of sweet potato leaves.
