焊接吊车梁是一种由翼板和腹板焊接而成的组合梁。上翼缘承受着非均布压力的作用。腹板则由于外力作用的多样性而处于十分复杂的应力状态中。例如,由于轮压产生的巨大集中荷载和较小的分布长度,使腹板产生很大的局部应力。又如,因轨底与梁翼缘接触面不平,轨道接头不良,其轮压偏心作用及侧向力使腹板本身产生初始弯曲。因此,腹板是吊车梁中最易于破坏的部分。
The welded crane beam is a composite beam welded by wings and webs. The upper flange bears the effect of non-uniform pressure. The web is in a very complex state of stress due to the diversity of external forces. For example, due to the huge concentrated loads and small distribution lengths generated by the wheel pressure, the webs are subject to large local stresses. For another example, due to the uneven contact surface between the rail foot and the beam flange, the track joint is poor, and the eccentricity and lateral force of the wheel pressure cause the web itself to produce initial bending. Therefore, the web is the most easily broken part of the crane beam.
