文中列举了中外学者描述低温原油流变曲线的4个模式。并对其中的式(1)t=t_0+μ_pγ和式(2)t=t_0+Kγ~a通过试验数据作了重点分析。指出当油温接近失流点时采用式(2)较比准确;对于不满负荷运行的输油管道,测定低剪切速率区的平衡流变曲线求其流变参数十分必要。
In this paper, four models describing the rheological curves of crude oil in China and abroad are listed. And the formula (1) t = t_0 + μ_pγ and the formula (2) t = t_0 + Kγ-a are analyzed empirically through the experimental data. It is pointed out that the formula (2) is more accurate when the oil temperature approaches the loss of flow point. It is necessary to determine the rheological parameters for the pipeline with low shear rate when the oil pipeline is under full load.
