目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)在糖尿病足创面皮肤的表达水平及其临床意义。方法免疫组织化学SP法检测8例正常皮肤组织和9例糖尿病足患者创面组织中MMP-2、MMP-8、MMP-9表达水平;ELISA法检测58例正常人和55例糖尿病足患者血清中MMP-2、MMP-8、MMP-9表达水平,分析其临床意义。结果 MMP-2在正常皮肤组织和糖尿病足创面组织中的表达无明显差异(P>0.05),MMP-8在正常组织中的表达明显高于糖尿病足患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),MMP-9在正常皮肤组织中的表达明显低于糖尿病足创面组织。两组样本血清中MMP-2、MMP-8表达差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05),血清MMP-9在糖尿病足患者中的表达明显高于正常人,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 MMP-8、MMP-9在糖尿病足患者创面组织和血清中的表达明显升高,MMP-8、MMP-9可能与糖尿病患者糖尿病足的愈合存在关联。
Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) in diabetic foot wounds and their clinical significance. Methods The expressions of MMP-2, MMP-8 and MMP-9 in 8 cases of normal skin tissue and 9 cases of diabetic foot were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The serum levels of MMP-2, MMP-8 and MMP-9 in 58 cases of normal and 55 cases of diabetic foot The expression of MMP-2, MMP-8 and MMP-9 was analyzed and their clinical significance was analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the expression of MMP-2 between normal skin tissue and diabetic foot tissue (P> 0.05). The expression of MMP-8 in normal tissue was significantly higher than that in diabetic foot, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ), The expression of MMP-9 in normal skin tissue was significantly lower than diabetic foot wound tissue. There was no significant difference in the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-8 between the two groups (P> 0.05), and the expression of MMP-9 in diabetic foot was significantly higher than that in normal people (P < 0.001). Conclusion The expression of MMP-8 and MMP-9 in wound tissues and serum of patients with diabetic foot was significantly increased, and MMP-8 and MMP-9 may be associated with the healing of diabetic foot.
