本文以“虚静”论为出发点,依据作者读宗炳《画山水序》的体会和感受,进行论证,佐证了画家只有用“虚静”的心态摆脱世俗的羁绊,才能达到无拘无束的自然状态,在体察物象于细微精妙之处的过程中,将自己的真性情表现出来,从而达到中国山水画艺术创作的最高境界。“虚静”是艺术家通过自身的修养达到一种“澄怀静虑”的特殊心理状态,它是艺术构思活动得以顺利进行的前提条件。中国山水画是一种“宁静而致远”的艺术,它需要特别良好的修养、平静淡定的心态和多年的技术积累,方可达到一种较高的艺术境界。
Based on the theory of “quietness” and based on the experience and feeling of the author in reading Zhan Bing’s “Landscape Painting”, this paper proves that the painter can get rid of the secular fetters only by using the attitude of Free and unrestrained natural state, in the process of observing the subtle subtlety of the image, we present our true nature so as to achieve the highest level of the artistic creation of Chinese landscape painting. “Tranquility ” is the artist’s own special mental state which achieves a kind of “calm and quiet” through its self-cultivation. It is a prerequisite for smooth progress of artistic conception. Chinese landscape painting is a kind of “tranquil and far-reaching” art, which requires a particularly good cultivation, calm and calm attitude and years of accumulation of technology in order to achieve a higher artistic realm.
