自2007年以来,国网公司逐步构建起具有自身特色的企业文化体系。即:以推行统一的公司基本价值理念体系为核心,以学习贯彻公司行为准则为重点,以实施企业文化“三大工程”为抓手,加快建设以“四统一”为基础的优秀企业文化。2009年,国务院国资委、国网公司和江西省电力公司相继下发了关于加强班组建设的意见。意见指出:加强班组建设是提高职工队伍素质,建设优秀企业文化,实现职工与企业共同发展的有效途径。
