1.专用机床单螺杆压缩机的啮合副精度要求很高,各项精度要求中以齿距累积误差≤12”最难达到.为达到该项要求机床传动链误差必须≤8”.由于螺杆有6个齿槽.星轮齿数为11,传动比i= 11/6=1.83.在如此小的传动比下满足传动链误差≤8”是极为困难的,唯一的解决办法是采用超高精度的传动元件和最短的传动链,否则不可能满足要求.有关超高精度传动元件和传动链的情况《压缩机技术》1994年3期已作了介绍,本文不赘述.专机的主轴具有较高的回转精度,以加工(?)200mm的啮合副为例,工件每1μm的偏心就会给工件带来4”的齿距累积误差,在传动链误差≤8”的情况下,传动链精度每提高1”都是相当困难的,所以对主轴的回转精度提出了高要求.例如昆明机床厂在加工高精度球面蜗轮时,蜗轮的径向跳动≤0.2μm.
