加热炉在运行中,会产生大量谐波、负序,产生无功冲击并导致电压波动和闪变,冶炼功率因数低等电能质量问题,降低供电系统的可靠性,并危害其他设备安全。本文从分析莱钢供电系统及电网情况入手,结合现场设备实际运行参数,系统进行静止无功补偿装置各参量参数计算,各次滤波器设计选型,并初步介绍了SVC静止无功补偿计算机控制系统的设计组成、具备的技术特点及应用效果。
Heating furnace in operation, will produce a large number of harmonics, negative sequence, resulting in reactive impact and lead to voltage fluctuations and flicker, smelting power factor low power quality problems, reduce the reliability of power supply system, and endanger the safety of other equipment. Based on the analysis of Laiwu Steel’s power supply system and power grid conditions, this paper calculates the parameters of static var compensation device and the design of each filter based on the actual operating parameters of field devices, and introduces the SVC static var compensation computer control System design, with the technical characteristics and application results.
