目的:分离并鉴定马蹄莲中的活性成分。方法:将碱性提取物用中性氧化铝、硅胶柱色谱和HPLC色谱等技术,分离得到活性成分,它的化学结构通过UV、IR、MS、1H NMR和13C NMR波谱分析确证。结果与结论:从马蹄莲碱性提取物中,分离并鉴定了抗菌活性化合物为六亚甲基四胺,该化合物系首次从马蹄莲中分离得到。
Objective: To isolate and identify the active ingredients in Calla. METHODS: The basic extracts were separated by neutral alumina, silica gel column chromatography and HPLC chromatography. The chemical structures were confirmed by UV, IR, MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: From the basic extract of A. edulis, the antibacterial compound was hexamethylenetetramine. The compound was first isolated from calla lily.
