《水利水电工程钢闸门设计规范SDJ13-78》(以下简称“规范”)中规定,当闸门面板参予主(次)梁的整体弯曲作用时,须验算其局部弯曲应力和整体弯曲应力组合后的折算应力。规范中的折算应力验算公式是根据第四强度理论、双向应力状态、面板上下游面的局部弯曲应力为等值反向的应力和允许局部产生塑性变形的条件导出的。规范分别两种情况,给出了[附(15)]和[附(16)]两个验算公式(参阅该规范1978年版第94页至第101页)。该两公式的表达式比较繁杂,不易直接看出许多不需验算的情况,验算时也嫌计算烦琐,容易出现差错,建议予以简化。下面分别就两种情况进行讨论。
