解剖105只成年家兔的心脏,测量冠状动脉左室支在左心耳下缘发出处到前室间沟距离,平均为7.2mm。另取36只家兔随机分为:Ⅰ组左室支在左心耳缘下0~5mm、Ⅱ组5~7mm、Ⅲ组7~10mm部位结扎.造成心肌缺血模型,结果表明,左室支结扎部位适宜在左室支距离左心耳缘下5~10mm内,并探讨左室支分布与心脏重量相关关系和本模型特点.
Anatomy of the heart of 105 adult rabbits measured left ventricular branches of the left atrial appendage in the left atrial appendage to the anterior interventricular groove distance, with an average of 7.2 mm. Another 36 rabbits were randomly divided into: Ⅰ group of left ventricular branches in the left atrial appendage 0 ~ 5mm, Ⅱ group 5 ~ 7mm, Ⅲ group 7 ~ 10mm site ligation. The results showed that the location of left ventricular branch ligation is within 5 ~ 10mm under the left atrial appendage and the relationship between left ventricular branch distribution and heart weight and the characteristics of this model.
