The Qingshen gas field in the northern part of the Songliao Basin is rich in natural gas resources. In recent years, gas drilling in deep wells has developed rapidly in this area. At present, proven geological reserves amount to 100 billion m3. Due to the complex underground working environment, the strict requirements of data acquisition and the diversification of test gas technology, great inconveniences have been brought to the admission of high-temperature electronic pressure gauge. Coupled with the use of electronic pressure gauges in deep wells increased year by year, and the construction environment, construction methods, parts aging and human factors and other aspects of the impact, resulting in the use of electronic pressure gauge will inevitably be a variety of failures. If we can take an effective management approach, the problems promptly and correctly analyze the cause of the pressure gauge failure, and then take targeted precautions, will inevitably improve the success rate of data entry. If there is rework on the construction site, it is bound to increase the cost of construction and the cost of electronic pressure gauges. In order to avoid this phenomenon, payment work becomes the most important part of the process of admission. In order to better guide the future of production practices, try to slow down the damage of electronic pressure gauge parts and components, and effectively prevent the pressure gauge malfunction, in order to extend the life of the pressure gauge, reducing costs and increasing efficiency, I work according to practice Put forward some suggestions, in order to better use the pressure gauge in the future.
