为了提高12 5I -碘化油的标记回收率 ,在原有方法基础上 ,用 5 0ml玻璃瓶代替无菌无热源青霉素瓶 ,反应时封闭瓶口 ,防止12 5I的挥发逸出。结果表明 ,此法可使放射性碘的回收率由 2 0 %左右提高到 86 .8% ,同时减少了对环境的空气污染。提示封闭式反应标记放射性碘化油是一种较好的方法。
In order to improve the labeling recovery of 125I - iodinated oil, a 50ml glass bottle was used to replace the sterile, non - heat penicillin bottle based on the original method, and the bottle was closed during the reaction to prevent the volatilization of 125I. The results show that this method can increase the recovery rate of radioactive iodine from 20% to 86.8%, and reduce the air pollution to the environment. Tip closed-label radioactive iodinated oil is a better method.
