我厂生产的TBW250/40泥浆泵泵体上有8个如图1所示的锥、直复合孔。以前在普通机床上加工,效果不够理想。后来我们应用圆锥面形成的原理及齿轮差动传动关系,设计制造了一个主轴箱,它与一台TJ4036动力头、一台报废的Q119管子车床床身,组装成一台专用机床,用来同时加工工件的锥孔、直孔和刮削平面。经过几年的生产实践证明,该专用机床的生产率较高,质量稳定可靠,孔的精度、光洁度都能达到图纸要求。
