目的:观察达肝素钠联合单硝酸异山梨酯对肺心病心衰患者的疗效。方法:选择64例慢性肺源性心脏病心衰患者,分为治疗组32例和对照组32例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,给予达肝素钠并单硝酸异山梨酯;对照组只给予常规治疗,疗程均为10 d。结果:治疗组总有效率(87.5%),对照组总有效率(68.7%),前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:达肝素钠联合单硝酸异山梨酯对肺心病心衰患者疗效可靠。
Objective: To observe the effect of dalteparin sodium and isosorbide mononitrate on patients with cor pulmonale heart failure. Methods: Sixty-four patients with heart failure of chronic cor pulmonale were divided into treatment group (32 cases) and control group (32 cases). On the basis of routine treatment, the treatment group was given dalteparin sodium and isosorbide mononitrate; the control group was given only routine treatment for 10 days. Results: The total effective rate (87.5%) in the treatment group and the total effective rate in the control group (68.7%) were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Dalsy sodium combined with isosorbide mononitrate has a reliable effect on patients with cor pulmonale with heart failure.
