一、前言在陕西延河水泥机械厂平均装容5吨(变压器容量为2700KVA)的碱性炼钢电弧炉上进行了单渣法冶炼碳素铸钢(ZG35、ZG45)的生产试验(21炉),嗣后进行了试生产。结果表明,在电炉上采用单渣工艺冶炼中碳铸钢,工艺稳定,钢的质量能够满足相应技术条件要求。与双渣工艺相比,它具有很好的技术经济效果和社会效益。单渣工艺的要点是:提高装料时垫炉底石灰的比例(≥3%),熔化末期和氧化前期,注意流渣、补渣操作,控制[P]为0.025%以下,提高前期硫的渣-钢分配比;氧化后期,规定炉渣高碱度和良好流动性、熔池高温度和良好的沸腾,在确保完成钢的各项精炼任务的同时,使[S]≤0.05%,出钢前要求较小渣量(≤4%)、较高碱度(≥2.5),炉内加锰搅拌熔池后5分钟内出钢;
