目的:探讨饮食护理干预对老年2型糖尿病患者血糖水平的影响。方法:对40例已确诊为2型糖尿病的老年患者,在药物治疗的基础上进行饮食护理干预,对各项指标进行比较。结果:患者经过严格的饮食护理干预后空腹、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白指标得到较好的控制(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论:饮食护理干预对老年2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the effect of dietary nursing intervention on blood glucose level in elderly type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: Forty elder patients with confirmed type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled in this study. Dietary interventions were performed on the basis of drug therapy and the indicators were compared. Results: The fasting, fasting and postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) indices were well controlled (P <0.01) after the intervention of strict diet nursing intervention. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Dietary nursing interventions have important implications for glycemic control in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
