目的 :观察苦楝皮的消化系统药理作用。方法 :采用小鼠溃疡模型、药物性腹泻模型以及大鼠胆管插管技术。结果 :口服苦楝皮 75 %醇提物 5和 15 g· kg- 1 能显著地抑制小鼠水浸应激性和盐酸性溃疡的形成 ,但对吲哚美辛 -乙醇性溃疡的形成无抑制作用 ,能减少蓖麻油及番泻叶引起的小鼠腹泻次数 ;能增加麻醉大鼠的胆汁分泌量 ,但对小鼠胃肠推进运动无明显影响。结论 :苦楝皮有抗胃溃疡、抗腹泻和利胆作用
Objective: To observe the pharmacological effects of tartary buckwheat’s digestive system. Methods: Mouse ulcer model, drug-induced diarrhea model and rat bile duct intubation technique were used. RESULTS: The oral administration of 75% alcohol extracts of tartary buckwheat skin (5 and 15 g·kg-1) significantly inhibited the formation of water-stress stress and hydrochloric acid ulcers in mice, but did not inhibit the formation of indomethacin-ethanolic ulcers. It can reduce the frequency of diarrhea in mice caused by castor oil and senna; it can increase the amount of bile secretion in anesthetized rats, but has no significant effect on the gastrointestinal propulsion in mice. Conclusion : Buckwheat skin has anti-gastric ulcer, anti-diarrhea and choleretic effect
