用悬浮聚合的方法制备了粒径为50~70μm的均匀球形的分子烙印聚合物,对立体异构体辛可宁和辛可尼丁获得了较好的分离效果(α=2.89,Rs=0.76)。通过对物理性质的研究发现:球形的分子烙印聚合物呈均匀完美的球形,并具有良好的热稳定性。
The uniform spherical molecularly imprinted polymer with particle size of 50 ~ 70μm was prepared by suspension polymerization, and the better separation effect was obtained for the stereoisomers cinchonine and cinchonid (α = 2.89, Rs = 0 .76). Through the physical properties of the study found that: spherical molecularly imprinted polymer was uniform and perfect spherical, and has good thermal stability.
