正常人和冠心病患者心阻抗微分图(ICG)中的收缩波形有明显差异,提示心肌缺血与ICG波形变化有一定的关系。作者将犬的冠状动脉前降支和左旋支缩窄,形成动物急性心肌缺血模型,以观察ICG波形的变化。
Systolic waveforms in ICG were significantly different between normal subjects and patients with coronary heart disease, suggesting that myocardial ischemia has a certain relationship with ICG waveform changes. The authors narrowed the anterior descending coronary artery and left circumflex artery to form an animal model of acute myocardial ischemia in order to observe the ICG waveform changes.
