目的建立一个支撑区域卫生工作互联互通、高效规范的区域卫生信息系统。方法某军区卫生信息中心结合全军部队卫勤保障模式建立了系统功能集成、信息全面共享、数据实时交换、应用高效便捷的区域卫勤保障信息平台。结果该平台实现了远程医疗、药材轮换、装备维修、疾病防控等业务功能,以及卫生资源协调、卫生工作监控、网络运营维护等管理功能。结论平台经实践验证,成为了有效整合区域卫生资源的重要信息支撑平台,为探索区域一体化卫勤保障模式改革提供借鉴。
Objective To establish a regional health information system that supports interconnection and efficient standardization of health work in the region. Methods A health information center in the military region established an information platform for regional medical service security with integrated and efficient system integration, full information sharing, real-time data exchange, and efficient and convenient operation based on the military health support model of the PLA. Results The platform realized the business functions of telemedicine, medicine rotation, equipment maintenance, disease prevention and control as well as the management functions of health resources coordination, health work monitoring and network operation and maintenance. Conclusion The platform has been verified by practice and has become an important supporting platform for the effective integration of regional health resources, providing a reference for exploring the reform of the integrated health service mode in the region.
