合作北隧道地处青藏高原东北边缘,属高海拔、高寒湿润气候。为了解决好高海拔高寒地区隧道隧道保温问题,隧道采用FLK防冻保温板隔热法进行保温,有效防止洞内路面结冰,提高运营安全,装饰隧道美观。在施工中获得了在高海拔高寒地区隧道保温的基本经验和一些施工关键技术。该工程的成功建设,为我国西部修建高海拔高寒地区公路、铁路隧道保温提供了宝贵的经验和施工技术。 Cooperative North Tunnel is located in the northeast edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, a high altitude, alpine humid climate. In order to solve the problem of tunnel tunnel insulation in high altitude and alpine area, the tunnel is insulated with FLK frost-proof insulation board insulation to effectively prevent the icy of the tunnel surface, improve operation safety and beautify the tunnel. During construction, the basic experience of tunnel insulation in high altitude and alpine region and some key construction technologies have been obtained.
