X染色体失活(XCI)假说的提出,引起了很多研究学者对XCI机制的不断探索,特别是X失活中心(XIC)的深入研究,不同的学者提出了不同的X染色体失活模型来对实验数据进行解释。目前主要的模型有:阻断因子模型,双因子模型,传感选择模型,随机模型和反馈模型。这些模型的提出,使得X染色体失活机制不断得到完善,相信随着研究的深入,X染色体失活机制必将得到揭示。
The introduction of the X-chromosome inactivation (XCI) hypothesis has caused many researchers to explore the mechanism of XCI, especially the in-depth study of the X-inactivation center (XIC). Different scholars have proposed different X-chromosome inactivation models Experimental data to explain.
