Objective To evaluate the compliance, efficacy and safety of different forms of desmopressin in the treatment of childhood enuresis by Meta-analysis. Methods To establish a search strategy based on the inclusion and exclusion of documents, and to search the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Chinese Journal Full-text Database, Wanfang Database, VIP Chinese Journal of Science and Technology Database, PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, Elsevier, Springer, EBSCO database Literature, access to different forms of desmopressin treatment of childhood enuresis clinical trials full text, and to evaluate the quality of the literature, the use of software RevMan 5.0 Meta-analysis of the included literature. Evaluate the value of different doses of desmopressin in the treatment of childhood enuresis based on the validity, compliance and incidence of adverse reactions. Results 1. There was no significant difference in the efficacy of desmopressin tablets versus non-tablets in treating children with enuresis (MD = -0.33, 95% CI: -0.68-0.01, P = 0.06). 2. The desmopressin sublingual tablet treatment of children with enuresis efficacy and desmopressin tablets compared, the difference was not statistically significant (MD = -0.02,95% CI: -0.31 ~ 0.26, P = 0.87). 3. The desmopressin sublingual tablets for treatment of childhood enuresis, its compliance was significantly better than the desmopressin tablets (OR = 2.19,95% CI: 1.20 ~ 4.01, P = 0.01). Conclusions The efficacy of the three formulations of desmopressin, nasal spray and sublingual tablet for the treatment of infantile enuresis is the same, but the sublingual tablet is more acceptable to children considering the special compliance of children.
