目的:探讨运动结合中药复方对去势大鼠骨质疏松骨骼肌改善机制的作用。方法:3月龄SPF级SD雌性大鼠100只,随机分为假手术组、去势模型组、运动组、中药复方组、运动结合中药复方组,治疗12周后,收集右侧股四头肌及血清分别进行线粒体通透转换孔(MPTP)吸光值(OD)、肌肉蛋白含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的检测。结果:与模型组比较,其他各组在线粒体通透转换孔(MPTP)吸光值(OD)、肌肉蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及骨密度均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运动结合中药复方方法对去势大鼠骨骼肌的影响有改善作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of exercise combined with traditional Chinese medicine compound on osteoporotic skeletal muscle in ovariectomized rats. METHODS: One hundred SDF female SD rats of 3 months old were randomly divided into sham operation group, castration model group, exercise group, TCM compound group and exercise combined with TCM compound group. After 12 weeks of treatment, the right quadrant Muscle and serum were tested for mitochondrial permeability transition pore (MPTP) absorbance (OD), muscle protein content and superoxide dismutase (SOD). Results: Compared with the model group, the other groups showed statistically significant differences in OD, MPI, SOD and BMD in MPTP (P <0.05) . Conclusion: The combination of exercise and traditional Chinese medicine has an effect on the skeletal muscle of ovariectomized rats.
