2007年7月开始实施的《中华人民共和国农民专业合作社法》(以下简称农民合作社法),对促进我市农民合作社的健康发展起到了重要保障促进作用。为了适应农业农村经济发展需要,发挥法律的引领保障作用,全国人大农业与农村委启动了法律修订程序。为修改好这部法律,市人大农业农村委员会进行了深入调研,提出了修订完善的有关建议。 The Law of Peasant Cooperatives of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as “Law of Peasant Cooperatives”) started in July 2007 has played an important role in safeguarding and promoting the healthy development of farmer cooperatives in our city. In order to meet the needs of economic development in agriculture and rural areas and give play to the leading and safeguarding role of the law, the Law Reform Commission of the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Commission of NPC was launched. In order to amend this law well, the Municipal People’s Congress Committee on Agriculture and Rural Areas conducted an in-depth investigation and put forward suggestions on revisions and improvements.
