采用响应面分析法优化了箬叶中多糖的提取工艺,其最优提取工艺条件为:液料比40.76(mL/g),超声波功率540.55 W,超声时间54.19 min。该条件下箬叶多糖得率为7.35%,与理论值7.38%接近。考察了经初步纯化后的箬叶多糖对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌作用。结果表明,所得箬叶多糖对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有很强的抑制作用,对地衣芽孢杆菌也有较明显的抑制作用。
Response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides in the leaves. The optimal extraction conditions were liquid-to-liquid ratio 40.76 (mL / g), ultrasonic power 540.55 W and ultrasonic time 54.19 min. Under this condition, the yield of polysaccharides was 7.35%, close to the theoretical value of 7.38%. The antibacterial activity of polysaccharides extracted from the leaves of S.aurea on Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis and Staphylococcus aureus was investigated in vitro. The results showed that the obtained polysaccharide leaf extract on Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus have a strong inhibitory effect on Bacillus licheniformis also had a significant inhibitory effect.
