目的:对114例糖尿病患者的临床治疗进行统计和分析谈及体会。方法:抽取糖尿病患者114例,随机分为两小组患者,甲组患者57例,采用的方法是进行临床治疗管理;乙组患者57例,采用的是临床治疗护理教育管理,对比两组治疗的依从性和血糖控制的具体情况。结果:结果显示出乙组糖尿病患者临床治疗的依从性和平均血糖的监测值还有护理满意程度均显著优于甲组糖尿病患者,差异显示出统计学的含义(P<0.05)。两组糖尿病患者都未有因为治疗和护理措施不得当而导致严重的不良后果现象发生。结论:体会到了采用临床治疗护理健康教育的管理方可有效地提高患者治疗的依从性和平稳血糖还显著提高了患者护理的满意度,有效提高了患者生活的质量和安全性高,适宜临床治疗广泛的应用和开展。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and analyze the clinical treatment of 114 patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: A total of 114 patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups, 57 cases in group A, and the method adopted was clinical treatment and management.
