选择初始体重约3.3 g的吉富罗非鱼(GIFT Oreochromis niloticus),分别投喂添加0、80、160、240、320、400 mg/kg谷胱甘肽(glutathione,GSH)的试验饲料,记作G0、G80、G160、G240、G320和G400。养殖49 d后,采用Real-time PCR方法分析各组罗非鱼肝脏生长激素(GH)、类胰岛素生长因子(IGF-1)、谷胱甘肽转移酶(GST)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)基因mRNA表达量。结果显示,肝脏GH mRNA表达量随饲料GSH添加量的增加呈现先升高后降低的趋势,但组间差异不显著;IGF-1 mRNA表达量最高值出现在G320,与G0和G400相比显著升高;GST mRNA表达量在G240~G400显著高于G0~G160;SOD mRNA表达量随呈GSH添加量的增加呈不断升高的趋势。结果表明,饲料中添加适量谷胱甘肽能诱导吉富罗非鱼肝脏中生长及抗氧化基因mRNA的表达。
Choose GIFT Oreochromis niloticus with an initial body weight of about 3.3 g and feed the test diets supplemented with 0, 80, 160, 240, 320, 400 mg / kg glutathione (GSH) G0, G80, G160, G240, G320 and G400. After cultured for 49 days, the liver growth hormone (GH), insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1), glutathione transferase (GST) and superoxide dismutase SOD gene mRNA expression. The results showed that the expression of hepatic GH mRNA increased first and then decreased with the increase of dietary GSH, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. The highest expression of IGF-1 mRNA appeared at G320, which was significantly higher than G0 and G400 GST mRNA expression in G240 ~ G400 was significantly higher than G0 ~ G160; SOD mRNA expression increased with the increase of GSH increasing trend. The results showed that dietary glutathione could induce the growth of liver and the expression of anti-oxidative gene mRNA in the liver of F. tibetanus.
