目的:生药人参为人参(Panax ginseng C.A.Mey)的干燥根,为汉方药中最重要的生药之一,具有调节中枢神经、降压、抗疲劳、安神等多种作用。此次制作了对朝鲜人参的家兔特异血清,使用抗人参血清,开发、研究了人参的免疫测定法。 实验·结果:从以朝鲜人参粉末进行免疫的家兔得到抗人参血清。将人参的微粒悬浮液吸附在酶标板上,制成固相抗原。人参的免疫测定法是使稀释5万倍的抗人参血清与人参固相抗原进行反应,而结合于固相的抗
Objective: The raw root of Panax ginseng C.A. Mey is a dry root of ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Mey), which is one of the most important crude drugs in Kampo medicine and has many functions such as regulating central nervous system, blood pressure, anti-fatigue, tranquilizing and so on. This time, a special serum for rabbits of Korean ginseng was produced and an anti-ginseng serum was used to develop and study an immunoassay for ginseng. Experiments and Results: Anti-ginseng serum was obtained from a rabbit immunized with Korean ginseng powder. The ginseng particle suspension was adsorbed on the microtiter plate to prepare a solid phase antigen. The ginseng’s immunoassay uses anti-ginseng serum diluted 50,000 times to react with solid phase antigen of ginseng, while it binds to the solid phase.
