随着我国旅游业的快速发展以及人们生活水平的提高,散客旅游已经成为了旅游群体中的主要力量,散客旅游时代的到来对我国旅行社的发展提出了更高的要求。为了能够有效地满足散客的特殊需求,我国旅行社应该采取有效的措施提高散客服务管理质量和水平。本文从分析旅行社对散客的服务管理存在的问题出发,给出了提高散客服务管理质量的具体措施。
With the rapid development of tourism in our country and the improvement of people’s living standard, individual traveler has become the main force in tourist groups. The advent of individual traveler’s travel time puts forward higher requirements for the development of travel agents in our country. In order to be able to effectively meet the special needs of individual customers, China’s travel agencies should take effective measures to improve the quality and level of individual customer service management. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the service management of FITs by travel agencies, this paper gives some concrete measures to improve the service quality of FITs.
