目的建立餐饮用油脂中苯并(a)芘的测定方法。方法 BaP经乙酸乙酯+环己烷(1:1)提取,经凝胶色谱(GPC)净化,容积转换浓缩后,采用高效液相色谱法C18柱(5μm,4·6mm×250mm),流动相为乙腈-水(95+5),流速1.0ml/min,激发波长290nm,发射波长430nm进行检测,外标法定量。结果 BaP标准曲线在1.0~10.0μg/L范围内呈线性关系,r=0.999,回收率为88.0%~95.0%,RSD均小于4%,方法检出限0.1μg/kg。结论该测定方法具有前处理简单、快速、准确、灵敏度高等优点,可适用于餐饮用油脂样品BaP的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of benzo (a) pyrene in food oils. Methods BaP was extracted with ethyl acetate and cyclohexane (1: 1) and purified by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). After volume conversion and concentration, BaP was separated on a C18 column (5μm, 4.6mm × 250mm) The phases were acetonitrile-water (95 + 5), the flow rate was 1.0 ml / min, the excitation wavelength was 290 nm and the emission wavelength was 430 nm. Results The BaP standard curve showed a linear relationship in the range of 1.0 ~ 10.0 μg / L with r = 0.999. The recoveries ranged from 88.0% to 95.0%. The RSDs were all less than 4%. The detection limit was 0.1 μg / kg. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple, rapid, accurate pretreatment, high sensitivity, and can be applied to the determination of BaP in food and drink oil sample.
