在任何一个组织当中,领导者在决策、指挥、用人、协调、激励与控制行为中发挥着至关重要的作用。领导效能的有效发挥对于组织目标的实现至关重要。当前,就行政管理而言,普遍存在着效率低下的问题。究其原因,由心理因素造成的行政领导失效是非常重要的方面。为此,本文从心理学角度就行政领导活动对行政领导失效的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的心理调适对策。
In any one organization, leaders play a crucial role in decision-making, command, employment, coordination, motivation and control. The effective use of leadership effectiveness is crucial to the achievement of organizational goals. At present, in terms of administration, there is widespread inefficiency. The reason, the psychological factors led to the failure of administrative leadership is a very important aspect. Therefore, this paper analyzes the causes of the failure of administrative leadership from the angle of the psychology, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures of psychological adjustment.
