中小电脑公司是计算机销售行业中与用户接触最密切的环节.它的服务范围极其广泛,包括硬件的销售、安装、维修;软件的开发、推广、维护;易耗品的销售以及操作技术培训等.但究其经营现状,在硬件上,直接或间接地依赖于生产厂家或是大电脑公司;在软件上又无法与专业软件公司比拟.运用什么样的经营策略才能使中小电脑公司在激烈的竞争中更好地生存、发展下去呢?笔者认为应取下列策略:
Small and medium-sized computer companies are the most intimate contact with users in the computer sales industry and have an extremely wide range of services including sales, installation and maintenance of hardware, software development, promotion and maintenance, sales of consumables and technical training in operational techniques However, the status quo of its operation, in hardware, directly or indirectly depends on the manufacturer or a large computer company in the software and can not be compared with professional software companies.What kind of business strategy to make small and medium computer companies in the fierce Better survive in the competition, develop? I think the following strategies should be taken:
