据中国渔业报消息,由中国水产科学研究院长江水产研究所申请的“一种斑点叉尾鮰出血病的灭活疫苗及制备方法和应用”获国家发明专利授权。发明人为徐进、曾令兵、范玉顶、周勇和肖艺。该发明通过CCK细胞培养、CCRV-730病毒培养与收获保存、病毒液滴度TCID50测定、β丙内酯灭活、37℃孵育,水解β丙内酯、生理盐水稀释至一定效价,得到可直接使用的斑点叉尾鮰细胞培养灭活疫苗。疫苗配备方法灭活效果好,同时最大限度地避免了灭活剂对抗原蛋白的破坏,消除了灭活剂自身的毒性,提高了疫苗的安全性。
