采用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定了陶瓷颜料中的镉、锌、钛、铬、铁、钙、镁等多种元素。样品经王水的缓慢溶解,再加入氢氟酸除硅。在HNO3介质中,用ICP-AES测定其中的多种元素。讨论了溶样条件、基体效应等影响因素。在选定的仪器最佳条件下,该方法测定各元素的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=12)在0.52%—3.06%之间,加标回收率在98.6%—104.3%之间。该方法分析实际样品,分析结果与其他方法一致。
The contents of cadmium, zinc, titanium, chromium, iron, calcium and magnesium in ceramic pigments were simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The sample slowly dissolved by aqua regia, then add hydrofluoric acid in addition to silicon. In HNO3 media, many of these elements were determined by ICP-AES. The influencing factors such as dissolution conditions, matrix effect and so on were discussed. Under the optimum conditions of the selected instruments, the relative standard deviations (RSDs, n = 12) of each element were between 0.52% and 3.06%, and the recoveries were between 98.6% and 104.3%. This method analyzes the actual sample and the analysis results are consistent with other methods.
