为研究热冲压模具冷却系统的工艺参数对热冲压模具温度的影响规律,基于Fluent软件建立了流—固—热耦合的连续热冲压有限元模型。分别对不同的管道间距,不同的管道中心距模面距离以及几种冷却水流速度进行了连续热冲压仿真,获得了不同工艺条件下模具的温度变化及工艺参数对模具达到热平衡状态时的冲压次数、模具温度以及均匀性的影响规律。仿真结果表明:增大管道间距和距模面距离,冷却系统的冷却效率降低,模具达到热平衡状态时温度越高;增大管道中心距模面距离,模面温度分布越均匀;热冲压生产过程模具内冷却水流应保持紊流状态;最后,通过连续热冲压实验验证了有限元仿真的可靠性。
In order to study the influence of process parameters of hot stamping die cooling system on hot stamping die temperature, a continuous hot stamping finite element model of fluid-solid-heat coupling was established based on Fluent software. The hot stamping simulation of different pipeline spacing, different distance between die center and mold surface and several cooling water flow velocities were carried out respectively. The temperature change of the die under different process conditions and the number of stamping times when the process parameters reached the thermal equilibrium state were obtained , Mold temperature and uniformity of the law. The simulation results show that: increasing the distance between pipelines and the distance from the die surface, the cooling efficiency of the cooling system decreases, the temperature becomes higher when the die reaches the thermal equilibrium state; increasing the center distance from the die surface, the more uniform the die surface temperature distribution; The cooling water flow in the mold should be maintained in turbulent flow state. Finally, the reliability of finite element simulation was verified by continuous hot stamping experiment.
