随着新时代的来临,当今时代的竞争主要就是人才之间的竞争,人力资源已经在事业单位中占据了十分重要的位置,人力安排工作已经直接影响到事业单位的发展,所以,必须要重视事业单位劳资管理问题,通过科学、合理的措施保障劳资管理工作的效率和质量,才能够保障事业单位的可持续性发展。本文主要讲述了人事劳资管理的概述,事业单位劳资管理过程中存在的问题以及相应的解决措施。
With the advent of a new era, the competition in today’s era is mainly the competition among talents. Human resources have occupied a very important position in public institutions, and manpower scheduling has directly affected the development of public institutions. Therefore, we must pay attention to Institutional management of labor issues, through scientific and reasonable measures to protect the efficiency and quality of labor management, can we guarantee the sustainable development of institutions. This article mainly introduces the overview of personnel labor management, the problems existing in the process of labor capital management of institutions and the corresponding solutions.
