基于物联网的冷链物流监控系统的设计

冷链物流在我国发展越来越迅速,但是,发展中出现了很多问题。事实证明,在我国冷链物流市场中经常出现“断链”的现象。针对这个问题,笔者设计出一个冷链物流的监控系统,这个系统硬件是基于RFID射频技术和GPS定位技术;软件是一个监控系统,用来进行冷链物流过程中对物流产品的温度、湿度的监控,如果温度、湿度超出预警值,监控系统就进行报警。本系统经过实践证明运行可靠准确。笔者希望该系统能够解决冷链物流中存在的“断链”问题,打造出一个冷链物流的监控平台,成为冷链物流企业提升管理水平的工具。 Cold chain logistics is developing rapidly in our country, however, there are many problems in the development. Facts have proved that in our cold-chain logistics market often appear “broken chain ” phenomenon. In response to this problem, I designed a cold chain logistics monitoring system, the system hardware is based on RFID radio frequency technology and GPS positioning technology; software is a monitoring system for the cold chain logistics process on the logistics product temperature and humidity Monitoring, if the temperature and humidity exceed the warning value, the monitoring system will alarm. The system proved to be reliable and accurate operation. I hope this system can solve the problem of “broken chain” existing in the cold chain logistics and create a monitoring platform for the cold chain logistics so that it becomes a tool to enhance the management level of the cold chain logistics enterprises.
