Male, 12 years old, found the left anterior chest wall limitations more than 2 months. Physical examination revealed the limitations of the left front chest wall below the nipple bulge, about 6cm × 6cm size, hard, inactive, no tenderness, the boundary is unclear, skin temperature is not high, no skin vein engorgement.
