目的:探讨大肠良恶性病变中nm23-H1,p16的表达及大肠癌浸润转移的关系。方法:应用ABC免疫组化法检测60例大肠癌中nm3-H1与p16的表达情况。结果:大肠癌组织中nm23-H1与p16阳性表达率为66.7%、40.0%;二者在大肠癌中的表达存在相关关系(P<0.05),并与癌组织的分化程度、有无林巴结转移及患者的生存时间等方面均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结伦:抑癌基因p16的失活nm23-H1基因的低表达与大肠癌发生有关,并可能与癌的进展、转移及预后密切相关,是大肠癌发生发展中的重要基困。
Objective: To investigate the expression of nm23-H1 and p16 in colorectal benign and malignant lesions and the relationship between the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer. Methods: The expression of nm3-H1 and p16 in 60 cases of colorectal cancer was detected by ABC immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rates of nm23-H1 and p16 in colorectal cancer tissue were 66.7% and 40.0%. There was a correlation between the expression of nm23-H1 and p16 in colorectal cancer (P<0.05), and the differentiation between them and cancer tissues. There were significant differences in degree, presence or absence of lymph node metastasis, and survival time of patients (P<0.05). Conclusion: The low expression of the inactive nm23-H1 gene of tumor suppressor gene p16 is related to the occurrence of colorectal cancer, and may be closely related to the progression, metastasis, and prognosis of cancer. It is an important obstacle in the development of colorectal cancer.
