自改革开放以来,中国进入了飞速发展的黄金时期,然而各项政策的制定难免会落后于时代前进的步伐,尤其在医药卫生体制政策的制定方面,由于政府在医药卫生政策制定方面缺乏足够的经验,使得许多医药卫生政策不能切实落到实处,不能让人民群众满意。本文借鉴美国学者约翰.金登的“多源流”模型剖析我国医药卫生体制改革的现状,以期选择更加合理而有效的医药卫生政策,让人民群众更好的享受发展带来的优秀成果,进一步保障人民群众的合法权益。
