众所周知,过氧乙酸是一种具有强大氧化能力的消毒剂,其杀灭微生物能力远超过一般消毒剂,引起世界许多国家的注意。40年代以来,已相继进行了广泛的研究,证实其有广谱、高效、速效、无毒、无害、价廉易得等优点,但其缺点是极不稳定,应用时须临时配制,该问题长期未能解决,影响其推广。 最近,由同济医科大学专家教授组成的武汉市东湖新医药新技术开发研究所,经多年研究发现一种稳定剂,稳定过氧乙酸可达两年之久,经实验和临床观察以及现场使用,尤其对pH探头、牙科用具、妇检用具等消毒均取得满意的效果。多家医院用于治疗口腔疾病、外伤感染、宫颈糜烂、阴道炎、性病、癣病等效果均较肯定,在目前抗霉、抗病毒尚缺乏理想药剂的情况下,稳定型过氧乙酸具独到功效。
