目的通过对论文分布特征的分析,探讨医院科技人才队伍建设的措施和方法。方法科技论文回顾性统计分析。结果研究显示7年来该院作者人数、发表论文数、影响因子均呈上升趋势,且论文影响因子的提高快于论文数量的增长和作者人数的增加;人员结构和论文产出呈高学历、高职称和年轻化倾向,且男性性别优势显著;各级人才培养对象和有课题、有获奖成果人员,论文影响因子显著高于对照组。结论该院科技队伍建设正朝着良性循环发展。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of the dissertation and discuss the measures and methods for the construction of hospital scientific and technological personnel. Retrospective statistical analysis of scientific papers. Results The research shows that in the past seven years, the number of authors, the number of published papers and the influencing factors all showed an upward trend, and the factors influencing the essay increased faster than the number of essays and the number of authors.
