情境教学法在儿科护理教学中的有效应用

儿科护理学是护理学专业中一门非常重要的课程,其主要服务对象是儿童。由于儿童的年龄小,在治疗中表达能力还十分欠缺,而且配合能力也较差,因此,护理人员需要付出更多的精力,进行大量的工作,另外护理人员还需要与儿童的家长进行沟通,这无疑加大了护理人员的工作量及工作难度。如何提高护理质量,使护理人员更好地为患者服务,同时提高工作效率,通过情境教学法在儿科护理教学中的有效应用进行了探讨。 Pediatric Nursing is a very important course in nursing major, its main target is children. Because of their young age, their ability to express themselves in treatment is still very poor and their ability to cooperate is poor. Therefore, nursing staffs need to devote more energy and carry out a great deal of work. In addition, nurses also need to communicate with their parents, This undoubtedly increased the workload of nurses and work difficulty. How to improve the nursing quality, to make the nurses better serve the patients, at the same time improve the work efficiency, and to explore the effective application of the situation teaching method in pediatric nursing teaching.
