当前,随着公路市场的竞争日趋激烈,很多项目都是通过投标压价中标,致使工程项目利润空间狭窄,经济效益甚微,这样,工程项目的成本管理成为企业绩效管理的核心,也是评价一个企业劳动生产率、市场占有率和利润率的重要标准;企业只有加强成本管理,才能增加市场适应能力和竞争能力,求得生存之地。现就成本管理,谈几点浅显的看法。
