以正庚醛、2-十二酮、季戊四醇、3-溴-1-氯丙烷、亚硫酸钠为原料,通过缩合和取代反应合成了缩醛型双阴离子表面活性剂:3,3′-(2-己基-1,3-二氧杂环-5,5)-二亚甲基氧丙烷-1-磺酸钠盐(3a)和3,3′-(2-癸基-2-甲基-1,3-二氧杂环-5,5)-二亚甲基氧丙烷-1-磺酸钠盐(3b).所合成的中间体和目标化合物结构经IR、1 H NMR表征.
The acetal type dianionic surfactants were synthesized by condensation and substitution reactions with n-heptanal, 2-dodecanone, pentaerythritol, 3-bromo-1-chloropropane and sodium sulfite as raw materials: 3,3 ’- Dioxane-5,5) -dimethyleneoxypropane-1-sulfonate sodium salt (3a) and 3,3 ’- (2-decyl-2-methyl-1 , 3-dioxole-5,5) -dimethyleneoxypropane-1-sulfonate sodium salt (3b). The synthesized intermediates and target compound structures were characterized by IR, 1 H NMR.
