本文介绍了室温下用单一非标准紧凑拉伸(CT)试样测定裂纹形成寿命N_0、扩展速率da/dN、条件断裂韧度J~(δp)Δ(?)、延伸区宽度SZW。以及疲劳断裂韧度K_(fc)的试验方法。在工程应用中,特别对难于取样的断裂故障分析,有一定的实用价值。在允许有较大裂纹或缺陷存在的弹塑性零构件寿命预测中,为充分发挥材料的潜力,应考虑K_(fc)与原材料条件断裂韧度K_(J0.2)的比值即疲劳断裂韧度比R_(ff),以适当放宽最大允许裂纹长度α_c。
